I've lived in this area since 1973 and in Jerome for the past 18 years.  My wife, Ginger, and I raised our three children here because it is an outstanding place to live.  Although I specialize in Jerome I also sell and list a lot of property all over the Verde Valley.  My motto is simple " I will treat my customers as I would like to be treated and therefore do anything needed to assist them" .  Real estate agents are well paid and should provide a high degree of personal service
